Summary: Postizy is a local-only tool that automates the official social apps on your own Android devices via ADB. You must own the device and account and you are solely responsible for complying with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook's Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Postizy ("Software", "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. Postizy is operated as desktop software; payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Postizy on your own computers for managing your own social media accounts. Free tier is perpetual for local use. Pro license unlocks additional features and is tied to a license key validated via api.license.validate. License keys are personal and may not be resold or shared.
You represent and warrant that:
Postizy operates the official apps as a human would (tap, swipe, type) on your physical hardware. It does not use reverse-engineered private APIs to bypass authentication and does not circumvent paid API quotas. However, any automation may still be deemed non-compliant by a platform. We do not encourage violation of platform rules.

Payments are handled by Polar. Prices are shown at checkout. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, auto-renews until canceled. Cancel anytime in your Polar customer portal - access continues until period end. Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase if the Software fails to function as described. Contact support@postizy.xyz with your license key. After 14 days or for renewal charges, refunds are at our discretion. Taxes/VAT collected by Polar where required.
Postizy is local-first: posts, media, and account credentials are stored in encrypted SQLite on your machine (~/Library/Application Support/Postizy or %APPDATA%/Postizy). No cloud sync, no telemetry. See our Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your social credentials.
Postizy and its UI, icons, and documentation are owned by us. Social platform trademarks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) are owned by their respective owners and used descriptively for compatibility.
Software provided "AS IS" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that automation will not result in platform warnings/bans, or that UI selectors will work after app updates. You are responsible for backing up your local database.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Software or Pro license shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account suspension or loss of followers/revenue due to platform enforcement.
You may stop using Postizy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license for breach of these Terms or for abuse. Upon termination, you must delete copies of the Software; local data remains yours to delete.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new Last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
